All Lines Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) 6-20 Designation online course
This 40-hour course is presented entirely online and self-paced ending with the final exam. No
proctor necessary. Successful completion of this course and the exam earns the student the ACA
designation, which allows the individual to obtain the 6-20 All-lines Claims Adjuster License
from the Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS) without taking the State exam. This
course is available for 60 days from the registration date. If necessary, to promote student
success, the final exam can be repeated up to 5 times within the 60 days without additional
charge
